The clinic provides non-emergency health care to the working uninsured who meet the income eligibility guidelines.

Your pay stub is your insurance card.

Treatment is provided by appointment only.

All prospective patients are screened for eligibility.

• Routine physicals

Services we do NOT provide:

• Dental
• Surgery
• MRI or CT scans
• Screening Colonoscopy
• Sleep studies

We do NOT have any narcotics on site, nor do we prescribe narcotics.

Cancellation policy - If you cannot keep your appointment, please notify clinic staff at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Inclement weather - Please tune into your local TV or radio station for the status of the clinic.

Volunteers - We rely on volunteers to actually provide all medical and support services we offer.  If you would like to volunteer for either medical or support services, even a few hours a week, please contact the clinic staff.
