Our ability to obtain equipment and medical and office supplies, and, our ability to provide much-needed service to our patients is directly related to the donations we receive.

If you would like to donate, please consider the following:

• Mail a check or money order (do not send cash through the mail), payable to "CCVIM Clinic", PO Box N, 310 East Third Street, Mifflinville  PA  18631.  If you would like a receipt, please indicate that when you send your donation.
• Donate cash, check or money order at the clinic.  Receipts for all donations are available for walk-in donations.
